What is your shipping policy for paintball markers and tanks?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Please note that all CO2 and HPA tanks are shipped empty per Department of Transportation regulations.
Do you offer a warranty on high-end electronic markers?
Yes, all markers are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. East Coast Paintball Supply also offers a 30-day technical support window to help you with any initial setup or tuning questions.
Can I return unused paintballs?
Due to the perishable nature of paintballs and their sensitivity to temperature and humidity, we cannot accept returns on paint cases once they have left our climate-controlled warehouse.
How do I know if a mask will fit me properly?
Most modern goggles feature adjustable elastic straps and flexible skirts designed to fit most adults. We recommend checking the product description for 'Small Profile' or 'Full Coverage' designations based on your preference.
Do you provide air fills at your physical location?
Yes, our East Coast retail storefront provides both 3000psi and 4500psi HPA fills, as well as CO2 refills for compatible tanks.
